Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Please allow reasonable processing time before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive shipping information when tracking is available.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, USPS service levels, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of Jream Publishing's control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your name, mailing address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing your purchase.
If an order is shipped to the address provided by the customer and the address was entered incorrectly, Jream Publishing may not be able to redirect or replace the order.
If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jreampress.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.
Damaged Orders
We take care in packaging our books and products before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@jreampress.com and include your order information and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Jream Publishing does not accept returns or exchanges unless the order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by an error on our part.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not mail merchandise to Jream Publishing without receiving instructions from our support team.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@jreampress.com.
Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been submitted or shipped.
